Once we receive your return or exchange you will be notified of your refund or we will provide you with a new tracking number. We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy with the expectation that items are undamaged and in original condition. For more information, please look below.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund. However, we are happy to be flexible with exchanges if you want a different product or size! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It helps if it is in the original packaging. As we are a small Colorado business, we do not offer free shipping on returns at this point, however it is something we would like to offer in the future.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please fill out the online form as provided above. Select the item you wish to exchange, select exchange.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you have received a confirmation email for your refund, but have not received a refund yet, please review the following: Contact your credit card company, please allow up to 5 business days after the email for the money to get transferred into your account.

Sale Items
There are some instances where we do not accept returns on Sale Items. However, please email us and we will try to work something out:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
