SHIPPING POLICY: As a small and growing company, we aim to provide the best customer service that we can and we take pride in helping our customers to the best of our ability. We typically pack & ship orders every other business day (as a minimum) and we do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can.
As of 3/14/24, we offer our customers FREE SHIPPING to locations in the continental US via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping times typically take 5-8 days for an order to get to customers in the continental US. The transit time for free shipping is not guaranteed by the brand and the shipping times will likely vary depending on the transit times of the USPS.
EXCHANGE POLICY: Our exchange policy has been updated so that you can exchange items that you ordered for 60 days from the purchase date, even if you used them! As a small business, we appreciate you processing exchanges before wearing items (if you know that you want to trade them for a different size or product before you use them). With that, we are excited to honor our Love It Or Replace It Guarantee by accepting exchanges on any item from an original order within 60 days from the purchase date.
