How does Belong Designs apparel fit?

Generally, our clothing fits true to size with an athletic cut. We offer a "What's My Size" button on each product page that helps narrow down the fit you are looking for which also uses customer input. Additionally, if you would like more information we would be happy to help! Email us at support@belongdesigns.com to ask about a particular product or fit.

How should I care for my clothes & does your apparel shrink?
Our products do not shrink. Generally, we recommend washing all clothing on low temperature settings and letting your clothes hang dry. You are able to put our clothes in the dryer, but we do recommend low temperatures to maintain a high level of quality throughout the product's lifespan and it also helps to turn your clothes inside out when washing/drying. All cotton products are made with preshrunk cotton and will not shrink more if the previous steps described are followed.

What materials do we offer? 

Each product page has the material information and care instructions for that product. 

Does Belong have a storefront I can visit?

Where are your clothes made?

We produce our clothes in small boutique factories in Shenzhen, China where we work alongside small teams that pays fair labor to all employees at the factories. We take pride in these relationships and making sure that labor practices are fair and ethical.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to make a change to an order, please email us asap at support@belongdesigns.com

& include your order number and details on what you need to change.

Will you restock sold out items? 

It depends on the item! Please feel free to message or email us to ask about the specific item that you are interested in. Please also make sure to click the "notify when back in stock" button so that you get an update if/when that item does get restocked (to do this, you have to select the color and size that you want and then the button appears). 

We also try to do our best to add notes on the product page for future restock dates.

What if my item has a defect/arrives damaged? 

Let us know at support@belongdesigns.com. We might ask for some photos, but we pride ourselves on doing the right thing and will make sure that we help you replace the item after our review. 

If I return damaged clothes, what happens to them? 

As a brand, we do our best to try to repurpose used goods. If clothes can be sold, we try to re-sell them at events for discounted prices. If they are unable to be sold, we typically donate used gear to local organizations. 

Do you have a rewards program? How do I use my rewards points?
