Exchanges
Our guarantee - Love it or replace it
We want you to really love the Belong gear you wear. If you’re happy with what you ordered past the 60 days, awesome – wear it, wash it and enjoy it on your adventures. But if it’s not quite right, we’ll swap it for something you love more.
- You’ve got 60 days from your order date to exchange your item – even if you’ve worn and washed it (we’ll accept some normal wear and tear).
- If you know you need a different size before wearing it, we appreciate you sending it back unused, so that it can go straight to a new home.
- We’ll ask a few quick questions about the exchange so we can help you land the right fit next time.
- Just note: each item can only be exchanged once. So if you wear and return an item for something else, and you then wish to return the replacement, this has to come back unused to be eligible for another exchange.
Returns
Changed your mind?
- You have 30 days from when your order arrives to send it back for a refund.
- The product must still be in a new condition, unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags that they came with. We’d be grateful if it is also returned in the original packaging.
- We never charge for restocking fees, and we always cover the original shipping out. But the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or defective items
We take pride in the quality of our gear – so we’d never leave you with damaged goods. Email support@belongdesigns.com with some photos and details, and we’ll make it right.
Please note, intentionally damaged items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you received a refund confirmation email, but there’s still nothing in your account, start by checking with your credit card company. It may take up to 5 business days to show up. If you’re still stuck, feel free to reach out at support@belongdesigns.com.
Gifts
Refunds for gifts can only go back to the original purchaser. We’re happy to help with unused items exchanged for store credit – just send us the receipt or order number and make sure it’s within our 60-day exchange window.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 to locations in the continental US, via USPS Ground Advantage. We typically pack and ship orders every other business day, as a minimum – so standard shipping takes about 5-8 business days.
Heads up: We’re not in control of the entire shipping process, so sadly we won’t be with your order every step of the way. USPS delivery times are therefore not guaranteed. If you paid for expedited shipping and your order has arrived late, we’re unable to refund the shipping fee. But do let us know if something gets lost along the way – we’ll always help to find lost items and replace anything that can’t be found.
