It is important to us that you truly love the clothes you wear. Because of this, we have a Love It Or Replace It Guarantee. 

If you don’t love what you ordered within 60 days, let us know and we will exchange it for an equal value towards something else!

As of 3/14/24, we are offering our customers FREE SHIPPING via USPS Ground Advantage to customers in the continental US. This is something that we are extremely excited to offer and we hope that you enjoy this benefit as one or our valued customers. 

Rules

All returns eligible for a refund must be processed within 30 days from when the customer receives their order and the product must still be in a new condition, unworn & unwashed, with hang tags that they came with.

Exchanges on products can be processed within 60 days from the original order date. When processing exchanges, you need to provide us with information on why you are exchanging your item so that we can help ensure that you are happy with the new item that you get.

Intentionally damaged items are ineligible for a return or exchange.

Items with normal wear & tear can be exchanged within the first 60 days from making your purchase.

You can only use and then exchange your items once per order. 

As an example: if you purchase a t-shirt and wear it for 60 days, you can absolutely exchange that shirt for another shirt or other item if you are unhappy with it. However, if you wish to exchange the second item after 60 days, we only allow for you to exchange the second item if it hasn't been used and is in a new condition.

If you process a return, the shipping cost to return the item comes out of your order total. We do not charge any restocking fees and the original shipping to you was still covered by the brand, but we are unable to cover return shipping for items that are not being exchanged.
