Shipping Policy

As a small and growing company, we aim to provide the best customer service that we can and we take pride in helping our customers to the best of our ability. We typically pack & ship orders every other business day (as a minimum) and we do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can.


As of 3/14/24, we offer our customers FREE SHIPPING to locations in the continental US via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping times typically take 5-8 days for an order to get to customers in the continental US. The transit time for free shipping is not guaranteed by the brand and the shipping times will likely vary depending on the transit times of the USPS. 


If your order is, or has arrived, delayed due to delays with the shipping carrier, we cannot refund your shipping costs if you paid for expedited shipping. However, we will do our best to help you find lost items and we are committed to doing the right thing when it comes to replacing items that were lost by a mail carrier. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the entire shipping process and cannot be with your order every step of the way - but we will do our best to make your experience the best that we can.

Return Policy



Our return policy is a 30 day policy that starts when you order your goods. You can return your order for unused/new products within 30 days for a full refund. If you process a return, the shipping cost to return the item comes out of your order total. We do not charge restocking fees and the shipping costs that we paid to ship the order to you is still covered by the brand. We are unable to cover the return shipping for items that are not being exchanged.


If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we usually are unable to offer you a full refund. However, we are happy to be flexible with exchanges if you want a different product or size! 


For an item to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It helps if it is in the original packaging.

Exchange Policy




As of 3/14/24, our exchange policy has been updated so that you can exchange items that you ordered for 60 days from the purchase date, even if you used them! As a small business, we appreciate you processing exchanges before wearing items (if you know that you want to trade them for a different size or product before you use them). With that, we are excited to honor our Love It Or Replace It Guarantee by accepting exchanges on any item from an original order within 60 days from the purchase date. 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item should only have normal wear & tear and shouldn't be intentionally damaged or destroyed. You can only use and then exchange your items once per order. As an example: if you purchase a t-shirt & wear it for a month, you can absolutely exchange that shirt for another shirt or credit towards another item. However, if you wish to exchange the second item that you received as the result of a free exchange, we will only accept the second item after already having exchanged it once if it is new and in the original condition that it was sent in.

 Late Or Missing Refunds 

If you have received a confirmation email for your refund and you have not received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company and wait 5 business days to receive the returned funds before reaching out.

Gifts



If you received a gift and do not want to have a return processed to the person who purchased the gift, we can only exchange unused items for store credit. To do this, we also need to have the receipt for the order or the order number to verify that the gift is being exchanged within the 60 day exchange window that we offer. For returns, we are only able to return payment to the person who placed the order via their order payment method.
